Welcome Aboard

With Roatan Luxury Yachts, on all our charters you can count on our privacy and discretion. We are fishers at heart and will always fish on the way to and from each destination. This cruising speed is ideal as we look out for dolphins, whale sharks, sperm and pilot whales. If we catch a Tuna we will happily filet one on the boat and serve them Sashimi style. It doesn’t get any fresher than that. Yum!

All of our charters are private and customizable. We do this to offer the best experience while you are aboard with us. This allows you to maximize the moments and activities you enjoy most. Count on discretion and first class service along every moment. Your safety and security is of upmost importance to us.

Privacy

Weather

We ask for a range of dates that you will be in Roatan since certain trips can be quite dependent upon weather. Roatan Luxury Yachts is committed to providing you with a quality experience and that starts with favorable weather conditions.

After more than 9 years working on the waters of The Bay Islands, you can trust that we will always put your safety and comfort first. All of our scheduled charters are weather dependent and subject to the discretion of the owners and captains.

Deposits

A refundable 50% deposit via PayPal is required to make a reservation with Roatan Luxury Yachts. We require this partial payment to secure your spot with us, the remaining 50% is due 15 days before departure This makes things easier, since you will not have to scramble around when you arrive, which of course will maximize your relaxation time.

HOW TO MAKE A DEPOSIT

We will email you detailed instructions on how to send payment to secure your reservation through PayPal. After payment has been sent, we will confirm your reservation. Allow one business day for us to confirm. Please be patient with our correspondence as we are often out on the water!

Cancellations

If you have to cancel

If you wish to cancel we require a minimum of 30 days notice before departure (60 days in high season) to issue a full refund.

IF WE HAVE TO CANCEL

If we at Roatan Luxury Yachts, have to cancel due to weather or any other circumstances, your deposit will be 100% refunded to you.

What to bring

Here's a list of some suggested items for you to bring with you on almost any trip with us.

Appropriate clothing and essentials for the length of your voyage.
Protective clothing from the sun. Hats, Rash guards, and Sunglasses are highly recommended.
Beach Towel
Reef friendly sunscreen (we recommend Aegis Sunscreen, SPF 30, available for sale on the boat)
Reusable water bottle or tumbler
Snorkel gear. You're welcome to bring your own, but if not we will happily provide some for you. We also provide life jackets and "noodle" floats.
Camera or GoPro

WHAT NOT TO BRING

Leave the plastic water bottles behind! We keep purified drinking water on the boat. Perfect for refilling your reusable cups/bottles.
Disposable plastics, styrofoam.
Bananas! Seriously, we do request this fruit to please remain on shore and off the boat. We will explain why when you arrive.
Coolers are available on the boat.

The environment

We've seen the negative effects that plastics can have on the ocean and its fish inhabitants, which is why we strive to use products that are environmentally friendly, biodegradable and natural. We encourage this from our guests as well.
